Assembly of Components

The self-conception of the PKF to deliver everything from a single source includes not only the production but also the professional assembly of components. Whether partial or complete assemblies, small or large quantities – depending on the product, we develop and manufacture simple assembly aids or complex assembly devices and integrate them into the production process. Always in focus: The technical requirements and specifications from the customer as well as assembly- and material-specific tolerances. If you do not specify any special requirements, we work according to DIN 1690 – the standard for plastic molded parts. In addition to assembly steps, we also integrate pad printing in the production process.
